Begin to See. Change. Do. in Your Relationships!
How we relate to ourselves and each other is everything. It’s the basis of our lives because after all, unless you live in a bubble, that is all that we ever do! Yet, did you know that there are hidden patterns in the brain that can undermine how we relate? These patterns drive negative behaviors and disrupt our relationships.
When something that we don’t want to happen, happens in our relationship with someone that is important to us, this creates an automatic reaction pattern in our brain that cause us to use what researchers call strategies of disconnection. That's physiology.
Seeing those patterns, seeing why they happen and how our brain tricks us into using them is step one. Step two is then learning specific strategies to access neuroplasticity (which is the brain’s ability to change) to break those patterns and create new behaviors.

Day 1: Saturday, October 20, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Introduction to SEEING: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
You can’t change what you can’t see!
This first session will introduce you to a whole new way to SEE yourself in your relationship, based on the physiology of the brain and how it’s designed to react and disconnect us in the presence of a ‘don’t want.’ These reactions are often hidden, and it blinds you to what is right in front of you. Learn how to SEE, so you can begin to change and do. This session includes a morning break (provided).
1:00 – 2:00 PM LUNCH
Deeper SEEING: 2:00 – 6:00 PM
In interactive group sessions, we will break apart and analyze the tools for specific situations and cases in YOUR life. This is designed to begin to rewire your brain so that you can immediately put into practice what you learn. There will be an afternoon break (provided).
Day 2: Sunday OCT 21, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
CHANGE: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Now that you have begun to SEE, you are ready to begin to learn how to CHANGE the way you think of your ‘don’t wants’ in your relationships. Now it’s time to proactively address relationship problems or conflicts that arise by making a decision. This session is all about making and stabilizing your change decision so that the brain DOES NOT trick you back into poor behavior and ineffective choices. There will be a morning break (provided).
12:00 – 1:00 PM LUNCH
DO: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
This session is all about figuring out what to DO for YOU specifically. It’s all about yourself, understanding that what you DO is related to the specific circumstance that you are in. After SEEING what is happening in your relationship, knowing what CHANGE decision you want to make, then you will learn to SEE the options available. This is how you will actively DO so that you can avoid these destructive, dis-connective patterns and renew your relationships!

After this event, you will start applying all you’ve learned to your 21 days to create the new brain pathways to achieve an intimate and long-lasting relationship that that is full of energy, love, passion, excitement, and adventure.
